Macmines signed strategic cooperation agreement with Chinastone investment

Macmines and Chinastone Investment Management Co.,Ltd reached the cooperation intent and signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement to commonly develop the coal resources of China Stone Project in Australia.

Chinastone Investment Management (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd, which was sponsored and established jointly by China Ping’an Group and Sanshan (Hongkong) Co.,Ltd, is a professional equity investment fund management Co.,Ltd, specializing in raising and managing Chinastone energy equity investment funds.

And there is a very intreresting point in this agreement that “Chinastone” company will invest “China Stone” project on the cooperation with Macmines.

Macmines Austasia Pty Ltd was registered and established in Queensland, Australia in July 1999. Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on geological exploration and mining business in Queensland.
